Already, 42 countries have applied to the court in The Hague over the crimes of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
When the war crimes are recognized by the International Criminal Court, Russian troops involved in them will be detained in any country that recognizes the jurisdiction of this court.
All perpetrators of crimes against humanity and genocide in Ukraine are already under investigation, said Ukrainian Justice Minister Denis Maliuska.
