A Ceasefire Agreement Would Not Be Enough to Trigger the Lifting of Sanctions

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the UK will not lift sanctions against Russia in case of achieving a ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine.

"The pressure on (Russian President Vladimir) Putin must be increased both through further economic measures and providing military aid (to Ukraine) to ensure Russia changes course completely," said the Prime Minister's representative, passing Johnson's words to journalists.
