American Pharmaceutical Giant Bristol-Myers Squibb Is Leaving Russia

On May 18, American pharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) began the process of transferring the Russian business to its partner in Central and Eastern Europe – Swixx BioPharma.

BMS will also suspend all clinical trials in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.

Employees of the Russian division of BMS were offered to transfer to work at Swixx BioPharma, and were also promised compensation.
