Chernihiv Mayor Vladyslav Atroshenko was saying that Russian army is waging war not against the Ukrainian Army, but against civilians. According to his estimations, there are 300-400 people killed in the city, but the exact number is unknown.
Around 100,000-110,000 out of 290,000 of the city rsidents are staying in Chernihiv and the city will continue to hold back the Russian army.
