Apple has started blocking the ability to purchase subscriptions on Russian user accounts, according to iPhones.ru. This restriction applies specifically to subscriptions for software such as Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro for iPad.
Users who had previously paid for these applications are receiving emails from Apple indicating an error, with the subscription fees being refunded to the balance of their SIM cards.
Russian users are unable to subscribe to these applications, even during the free trial period.
