Atlassian to Disable Belarusian and Russian Accounts in Trello and Jira
Atlassian, the company behind popular services like Trello, Jira, and others, has announced its decision to deactivate user accounts registered from Belarus and Russia. The company shared this information in a communication sent to its users, as reported by Kommersant.
Accounts from these countries are set to be disabled from the company's services within 30 days following the notification. The communication stated that the company was reaching out to inform users that Atlassian was winding down its operations in Russia and Belarus.
Atlassian, an Australian software developer, is renowned for its products such as the tracking system Jira and the collaboration platform Confluence. In 2017, the company acquired Trello, a project management tool.
