Austria has developed legal preconditions for the seizure of the most important gas storage facility of Gazprom in Haidach.
The storage can be transferred in a private law order to another supplier, because we are talking about the security of energy supply for the whole of Austria. This was stated by Austrian Chancellor Nehammer.
Gazprom does not use this strategic gas storage facility and it is currently empty.
