Baker Hughes, one of the world's largest oil field services companies, is selling its oilfield services business in Russia, the company's press office reports.
Baker Hughes has already signed an agreement to sell its oilfield services business in Russia to a local management team.
The company previously announced suspension of new investments for its Russia operators. The new business will operate independently of Baker Hughes.
