U.S. Senator Joe Manchin said Wednesday that he plans, along with Senator Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, to introduce legislation that would ban U.S. and local companies from importing Russian oil and crude oil.
Republicans are also proposing to impose sanctions on all Russian state-owned enterprises.
