During the BlizzConline festival's opening ceremony, Diablo 2 Resurrected was announced, a remaster of Diablo 2 with the Lord of Destruction expansion from Blizzard Entertainment.
Blizzard updated the graphics and modernized the look of monsters, heroes, items, and spells. It is reported that there will be support for progress synchronization. That is, the progress of the players will be saved when playing on any device.
The remastered version will support resolutions up to 4k/2160p on PC, but players can turn on the mode with previous graphics to play Diablo 2.
The release will take place in 2021 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
