The Bulgarian consular service in Moscow has indefinitely stopped accepting documents from the Russians for tourist visas and visas for owners of real estate.
The reason for the suspension of visas was the declaration of 14 employees of Bulgarian diplomatic mission and consular services in Russia as persona non grata on Friday, August 5.
Diplomatic tensions between Bulgaria and Russia escalated after the government in Sofia decided to expel 70 Russian diplomats.
