The Chinese government has banned export of its own Loongson processors to Russia and other countries.
According to Kommersant's source, Russian companies were not heavily dependent on Chinese processors, but some manufacturers were testing Loongson processors.
Exports of Chinese processors have been banned because they are used in the Chinese military-industrial complex.
