In April, the zombie action-adventure survival horror video game, Days Gone, was added to the list of games for PlayStation Plus subscribers. On this occasion, the game's chief writer and creative director, John Garvin, gave a four-hour interview to renowned American game designer David Jaffe (God of War, Twisted Metal) on his YouTube channel.

When asked if the PS Plus release of Days Gone had sparked renewed interest in the game, Garvin suddenly criticized players who didn't buy games at full price in anticipation of a sale or a free subscription to the game.

Garvin believes that the interest in the game is not as important as the price that the players are willing to pay for it.

Days Gone is currently a PlayStation exclusive. But on May 18, the game will be released on PC with support for 21:9 monitors, increased frames per second, improved rendering of the environment at long distances, and hordes of zombies up to 500 copies in one horde.

Last week, Jason Schreier, the journalist who covers the video game industry, reports that Days Gone 2 was not going into development due to the lengthy production process of the first part and mixed criticism of the first part of Days Gone.

Days Gone developers are now collaborating with Naughty Dog on a multiplayer project.
