British studio Orthrus Studios, with the support of game publisher Kasedo Games, has released Distant Kingdoms, a fantasy city-building simulator, into Early Access. In the game, you need to help the inhabitants of the legendary Kingdom of Ineron to revive a prosperous civilization.
