Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland Close Their Borders to Russians with Schengen Visas
Estonia closed its border to Russians with Schengen visas on the night of September 18-19. Latvia, Lithuania and Poland did the same.
The ban does not apply to Russian citizens travelling to visit their relatives or for other humanitarian reasons.
Only Russian diplomats, dissidents, employees of transport companies, family members of EU citizens, as well as Russians with a residence permit or a long-term national visa from the Schengen countries will be able to enter these countries.
The ban will be effective until at least December 16.
