Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing proposals to the European Union to stop issuing Schengen visas to citizens of Russia. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Urmas Reinsalu.
According to him, the EU should not issue visas to Russian citizens under normal conditions. Humanitarian cases should be considered separately.
