The European Union has imposed sanctions against the Wagner PMC. The EU emphasized that the Wagner people are also responsible for the aggression against Ukraine, the official document says.
The document states that in January 2023, the Wagner PMC led the attacks on the Ukrainian cities of Soledar and Bakhmut. In this way, it takes an active part in Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine.
