Eutelsat Stops Broadcasting Russian Channel NTV Mir
The Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication (ARCOM) has given Europe's largest satellite operator Eutelsat a formal notice to stop broadcasting the Russian channel NTV Mir, France24 reports.
On its website, the regulator notes that programmes on NTV Mir incited hatred and violence towards Ukraine, its army, leaders, and population for “adhering to the Nazi ideology of the Third Reich and representing extreme danger.”
