The Finnish government imposes significant restrictions on Russians entering the country. This was announced by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka Haavisto on September 23rd, as the Helsingin Sanomat reports.
He noted that the entry restrictions apply to those travelling with Schengen visas previously issued by Finland, as well as those travelling with Schengen visas issued by other countries.
