Food Giant Danone to Withdraw from the Russian Market
French food company Danone announced its exit from the Russian market. The company stressed that they decided to transfer control over their business in Russia, according to a press release.
On October 14, the comapny decided to start the process of transferring effective control of its Essential Dairy and Plant-based (EDP) business in Russia.
Danone has been operating in Russia for 30 years.
