God of War, a former PlayStation exclusive, has finally arrived on PC and received an excellent rating from Digital Foundry. The original game was released for PlayStation 4 in 2018.

Developers from the Santa Monica studio did not just transfer the game from the console to the computer. They have been working on improving the graphics as well as adjusting the controls and some animations for the PC for several years.

Eventually, the game was praised by analysts from Digital Foundry. The graphics of the PC version of the game not only became noticeably better but also lost some of the glitches and other flaws.

Just before the release, the developers shared the game's system requirements: you will need at least 8 GB of RAM and NVIDIA GTX 960 or AMD R9 290X. Other requirements can be seen here.

According to SteamDB, two days after the launch, the PC version of God of War saw a peak of the concurrent player count of 73,529.
