The French engineering company GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) ceases its operations in Russia. The company is a world leader in the production of membrane containers for transportation of liquefied gas.
GTT said it has terminated cooperation with Russian shipbuilder Zvezda on a contract to build 15 ice-breaking LNG carriers. The decision was taken due to restrictions under the eighth and ninth EU sanctions package.
