The hashtag #boycottgenshinimpact hits the top of Twitter, under which users express their dissatisfaction with Genshin Impact, an action role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo.

According to some of them, the heroines are too sexualized in the game; others are not satisfied with the lack of colored characters; someone drew attention to the fact that Hilichurls — the goblin-like common enemies in the game look like Native American Indians.
