Since the beginning of 2023, Germany has completely phased out energy supplies from Russia: coal, gas and oil. This was announced by the German government.
The German government noted that before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 55% of the country's gas imports, 50% of its coal imports, and 35% of its oil imports came from Russian supplies.
