Italy's Energy Giant Enel to Exit Russia

Italian oil and gas company Enel is leaving the Russian Federation. It is selling its assets to Lukoil and the Gazprombank fund.

The company has agreed to sell its 56.43% stake in Enel Russia for around 137 million euros ($144.15 million) to local investors.
