Johnson & Johnson to Suspend the Supply of Contact Lenses to Russia
American Johnson & Johnson will stop supplying contact lenses to Russia. The company’s lenses account for half of all imports of lenses to Russia.

Partial problems with the supply of contact lenses in the Russian Federation began immediately after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Back then, the largest manufacturers promptly reduced the volume of imports.
American brands account for at least 70% of the lens market in Russia. Johnson & Johnson alone accounts for almost half of the total.
