Largest Supplier of Payment Terminals Ingenico Could Leave Russia in March

Russian RBC reports that French POS-terminals supplier Ingenico, which supplies and services POS payment terminals with the same name, will leave Russia by the end of March.

According to the sources, the company plans to leave Russia on March 1, while contracts with employees in the country are valid until February 15, so technical support will be provided for another month and a half.

In total, there are about 4 million POS-terminals in Russia. It is reported that Ingenico's share is around 50%.
