Chinese technology companies, including computer maker Lenovo and smartphone maker Xiaomi, have slashed shipments to Russia. Firms are gradually ceasing operations in Russia due to sanctions from the U.S. and component suppliers, including Western companies, The Wall Street Journal reported.
