According to Liliputing, Lenovo might be working on a portable handheld Android-powered game console. The website discovered renders of the device in the source code of the company's website along with a promotional text, which were never officially announced to the public.

The device is called Legion Play and was presumably supposed to be presented during the Mobile World Congress 2021 showcase, held from June 28 to July 1, but the company did not unveil the device for an unknown reason.

Therefore, we can assume that Lenovo may unveil the console later at a separate event or that it may not unveil it altogether due to it being a concept that the company is just working on.

There is not much detailed information regarding the device. As the renders show, the console is designed for AAA games and is equipped with controllers to the left and right sides of the display. It also has two analog sticks, various buttons, and a D-pad.

The game console is slated to feature a 7-inch, 16:9 Full HD display with HDR10 support, dual speakers, and a 7000 mAh battery. Other technical details include a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

The Lenovo Legion Play is said to run on Android because the images show the Google Play Store icon as well as other icons of Google-branded apps.

Other details, such as price and release date, are unknown.
