The Lithuanian Seimas made a decision to extend the ban on distribution and broadcasting of Russian and Belarusian TV channels. The amendments to the law providing for a temporary ban on the broadcasting of such channels were supported by 113 members of the Seimas.
The ban will be in effect until 2024.
