After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, elite automotive brands publicly and officially exited the Russian market.
It seemed that the billion-dollar market was devastated, and members of the so-called Russian elite were doomed to make do with the remnants of luxury. However, this has proven not to be the case.
In the third year of the great conflict, it can be confidently stated that the latest models of the world's most expensive cars continue to find their way into Russia. The streets of Moscow today are adorned with dozens of new Rolls-Royces, each worth over a million dollars, hundreds of Bentleys, Lamborghinis, and, of course, Maybachs.
Currently, Russian billionaires are forced to pay extra for "logistical inconveniences." Nonetheless, Kremlin oligarchs can still afford this luxury despite sanctions and restrictions.
Even Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who is directly involved in the invasion of Ukraine and other crimes on our sovereign territory, has managed to update his fleet with the most expensive "German" cars.
