Netflix and Microsoft have removed their CDN servers from Russia’s largest peering point, MSK-IX, Russian RBC reports. This may slow down services and download content from these companies in Russia.
CDN is a network infrastructure that lets users accelerate loading of the content of services whose original servers are located far away.
