Microsoft Informs Russian Companies About Software License Expiry After September 30

Microsoft will cease extending software licenses to Russian companies after September 30. This information was conveyed in a letter from the company's technical support, as reported by TelecomDaily agency.

After September 30, Russian corporate clients will no longer be able to renew their existing Microsoft subscriptions, according to a communication from Microsoft Online Services' support team to one of its clients.

Furthermore, Microsoft is no longer able to accept payments via local bank transfers as a method of payment for services in Russia. Consequently, in a notification issued 60 days prior, Microsoft informed users that they will no longer be able to renew their existing subscriptions after September 30, 2023, as stated in the company's announcement.
