Microsoft has suspended warranty service of Xbox consoles in Russia. This was reported by a representative of Microsoft technical support to the Russian newspaper Izvestia, and console owners have confirmed the problem.
According to the representative of technical support, warranty service of consoles, including those officially imported into the Russian Federation, is no longer available "due to the current situation."
