Indie Game Mutazione gets free update called Penpal just in time to coincide with the project’s two-year anniversary.
The Penpal update is now available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Apple Arcade and is free to download.
Two years have passed since the release of Mutazione, meaning that a lot has happened in the game’s world since then. The Penpal DLC lets players get back to the game and find out what happened during this time and catch up with friends.
In the update, you will send and receive letters from friends like Tung and Miu to gossip and look at their photos. It will take 24 hours to unlock each letter, so you have a week to unlock them all.
The players will also receive new seeds to plant and trade, as well as new sounds.
