NATO to Deploy Permanent Troops on Its Border Because of Russia

According to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, the alliance is in the midst of a very fundamental transformation that will reflect the long-term consequences of Putin's actions.

Decisions on the reset and the possibility of a permanent military presence on the border will be taken at the NATO summit to be held in Madrid in June.
