Norway is following Lithuania's footsteps by refusing to let the cargo addressed to the Russian settlements on Svalbard pass through the only checkpoint at the border of Russia and Norway – Sturskug, NRK TV reported, referring to the Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
