The Russian plant of Bosch was taken over by the state entity NAMI, which has acquired a 100% stake in a factory producing antilock brakes and other systems for cars, which previously belonged to German technology group Robert Bosch.

NAMI is actively buying up assets of global automakers that left Russia after the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The price of this transaction has not been disclosed, but NAMI has previously bought such assets for nominal fees.

NAMI has already taken over plants previously owned by Renault, Nissan, and Toyota.
