Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported that mobile data traffic dropped for the first time at the end of the Q2 of 2022.
Before that, mobile Internet traffic in Russia was only growing, both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year.
The decline in traffic is caused by to the blocking of foreign Internet resources, as well as the withdrawal of many foreign services from Russia.
