Shell Has Fully Withdrawn From the Russian Market

Shell's assets in Russia, gas station chain and lubricants business in Tver region, have been acquired by Lukoil.

Information about the deal closing and signing of the final documents is available on Lukoil's website.

"Under the terms of the deal, more than 350 Shell Oil employees will continue to work for the company, which is now owned by Lukoil," Huibert Vigeveno, Shell's Downstream Director, said of the details.
