Spain Seized the Yacht of Russian Oligarch Sergey Chemezov

The Spanish authorities arrested the yacht of Sergey Chemezov, a Russian oligarch, former KGB officer and head of Rostec, in Barcelona.

The value of the yacht is estimated at about $140 million. Chemezov is considered to be close to Putin.
