The new 11th package of the European Union sanctions against Russia came into effect on Friday, June 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia announced on Twitter.
The ministry said it would continue "raising the cost of war for the aggressor until Ukraine has won this war and Russia and its leadership has accounted for their actions."
The 11th package of EU sanctions against Russia was imposed to prevent the aggressor country from circumventing the restrictions that had already been imposed.
