The Game Awards 2020 has announced the nominees in all categories, and the winners will be awarded online on December 11, 2020.

In terms of the number of nominations, three games are leading - the first place was taken by The Last of Us Part II from Naughty Dog, which collected ten nominations at once, followed by Hades from Supergiant Games (8 nominations) and Ghost of Tsushima from Sucker Punch ( 7 nominations).

All three leaders will compete for the title of "Game of the Year":
Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Nintendo), Doom Eternal (id Software) and Final Fantasy VII Remake (Square Enix).
