Finnish cryptocurrency exchange LocalBitcoins stops serving customers from Russia. This was reported by DeCenter, telegram channel focused on the blockchain, bitcoin, and investment.

The exception is for those with dual citizenship of the European Economic Area and Switzerland, or residents of these territories with the appropriate permission.

The exchange apologised and politely offered its Russian customers to withdraw the bitcoins in one transaction.
