The Netherlands Stops Issuing Visas to Russians

The Dutch embassy in Moscow will stop issuing short-term visas to Russian citizens. This happened after Russia expelled 15 Dutch diplomats from the country. However, the Dutch Embassy in Moscow still plans to issue humanitarian visas and temporary residence permits.
