Head of the State Duma Commission on Foreign Interference Piskarev sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office to ban the white-blue-white flag and recognize it as extremist.
The flag became popular due to anti-war protests in Russia and Europe. It is called the flag of the future Russia without Putin.
