The World Health Organization has confirmed 43 attacks on medical facilities in Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
As the head of WHO noted, attacks on health facilities in any conflict are considered a violation of international humanitarian law.
