There are now 500 Russian servicemen at the nuclear power plant in Energodar, about 1,000 more in the city

The Russian military is using the seized Ukrainian nuclear power plants as military bases, the head of NAEC Energoatom, Pyotr Kotin, has said.  The invaders expect that they will not be knocked out because the Ukrainian military, unlike the Russian military, will not fire on the nuclear power plants.
