The popular dating app, Tinder, has officially ceased operations in Russia, leaving users in the country with an error message.
The app has also been removed from the Russian versions of App Store and Google Play. Match Group, the American company that owns Tinder, announced its departure from the Russian market in early May of this year. As of June 30th, paid subscriptions for Tinder in Russia will no longer be automatically renewed.
This move comes as a result of Match Group's decision to withdraw from the Russian market.
