SLB, the world's largest oilfield services company, has announced that it is ceasing all product and technology deliveries to Russia from all of its facilities due to the expansion of Western sanctions.

The company's statement reads, "SLB takes its responsibility to comply with export control and economic sanction laws extremely seriously, and the company remains aligned with the international community in condemning and calling for an end to the war in Ukraine."

The company, formerly known as Schlumberger, has stated that the ban now applies to all its operations worldwide, not just in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and Canada.
